To capitalize this strength India needs to focus on sustainable opportunities for their respectable livelihood. Whereas despite increasing number of colleges and universities and with increased volume of academic courses and blooming industries, unemployment is constantly on rise. In the present volatile and evolving dynamics of the job roles in the industries, mere qualifications are not enough, student need to learn employability skills in tune with disruptive change driven by technologies for their job roles fitment whereas for corporate culture fitment, need is to focus on Emotional Quotient. In view of the situations and to contribute in this national challenge JIYES Learning Institute is set up by its founder Sh. Jawahar Lal Jindal with the vision that demographic dividends of India is strongly linked with employability and employment of its youths. JIYES Learning Institute is set up with the mission to make the skilling agenda inclusive and aspirational to prepare pools of competent, productive and professional work force.
JIYES Learning Institute serve as a Career Development Center that enhances the employability and career scopes of the freshers and the students at schools, colleges and university. JIYES Learning Institute (herein after called the Institute) is constituted u/s 8(1) of the Companies Act 2013 as a not for profit organization. JIYES is an acronym for Jawahar Integrated Youth Employable Skills. Sh. Jawahar Lal Jindal founded this Institute to contribute in the national cause of demographic dividend that is strongly linked with the employability and employment of youths of our country. The Institute is member of Confederation of Indian Industry. The institutes strives to meet the wide gap between aspirations of youths and the industry requirements. The institute provide all round training to the students covering skills of emotional intelligence including personality development and communication skills along with that of new age emerging technological skills in its industrial training that covers the courses of IT-ITeS, Digital Marketing etc.
